Bowmore Twelve Year Old from Islay The notes of citrus are very clear on the first sip, and I wish Bowmore didn't feel the need to counterbalance that with the intense sweetness, but the taste of smoke and peat makes this a budget-friendly whisky for not-quite-so-special occasions.
